Description:
How do you meet the needs of ESL students in a class with skill levels ranging from beginning to intermediate to advanced? This course presents strategies for planning lessons for learners of widely varying language skills.

This course takes place entirely online and runs for four consecutive weeks, from 10/29/2018 to 12/2/2018. The course will have no assignments due during the week of November 19, 2018, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Weekly participation is required, though participants may, during a given week, log in whenever they wish. A 1-hour, kick-off Webinar will take place in the first week on 10/30/2018 at 3:00 pm.

Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate of participation (14 hours); they are also eligible to apply to CSUS for 1.4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) if they wish.
