This interactive training empowers adult education instructors to implement the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards to guide instruction toward the increased rigor and skills necessary for successful transition to work or to postsecondary training or further education and for participation in communities that adult learners need.
This tailored community of practice (CoP) introduces the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards and provides an opportunity for participants to plan classroom activities that incorporate the standards.
