With the introduction of GED 2014 and the College and Career Readiness Standards, math requirements for ABE and High School Equivalency learners have become more rigorous. In this webinar, three academic program coordinators discuss how they have revamped their instructional programs to better address the new standards and meet learner needs. Strategies include professional development, creating new curriculum, changing class schedules, and assigning specific math teachers. Hear how they made these changes, what the results look like so far, and lessons learned; the webinar concludes with a question-and-answer period.
