The webinar was produced collaboratively by staff from the State Leadership Projects CALPRO and CASAS.
Co-Teaching Model of IET Implementation: Donna Price, I-BEST ESL Instructor, Certified Nursing Assistant Program
In the Co-Teaching model, two instructors share a class, one teaching basic skills and the other providing technical training to their students. One way of doing this is using the integrated basic skills and educational training (IBEST) method. San Diego Continuing Education offers a certified nursing assistant program that is delivered using this model. Listen to several practitioners share their perspectives and lessons learned.
